There are tons of them out there. Just search on marathon training
programs.
The one I have used the past few years are the Hal Higdon programs.

There are lots of them. Most major marathons have websites and some of
them offer training schedules. Try, for example, the NY Marathon site,
which you get to through the NY Road Runners site (nyrrc.org). I
believe the Chicago Marathon site also offers a schedule.
