As an example, I saw some Brooks tights today that were something like 75% polyester, 15% cotton, and 10% lycra. They are advertised as a wicking / stay dry type of product, but why the cotton ?? Does that small a percentage of cotton not have a negative effect on the ability of the fabric to wick and dry quickly ??

Question: I have been looking at new running tights, and it seems like a lot of brands contain a small percentage of cotton. Answer:I have a pair of 30% cotton tights. They work just fine, never seem to get too damp.
