Question:
I was wondering if anyone can tell me how good of a running shoe ASICS
make. I usually wear NIKE or ADIDAS, but they dont have a very well defined
arch support and cushioning. If anyone can help, it would be greatly
appreciated, especially since my indoor track season is about to begin.
Answer:Asics are, in my opinion, the best running shoe made!
Asics Gel-Kayano' 97 is simply a pair of great running shoes. it has all
the "gel" at the right places for suprinators. a great buy!!!
I went to the Runners Factory in Los Gatos, CA, (a very good specialty
store) and I tried on (and ran in) at least six pairs of shoes. I
loved the ASICS GEL-DS TRAINER immediatly, and still do after 50
training miles and a 10k.
